About the Association
The Accountancy Association was started in February, 2019 to undertake activities, seminars and workshops for the benefit of students interested in Accountancy.
The Association helps the students to update their technical knowledge in the subject of Accountancy.
The Association also encourages students to participate in inter-collegiate competitions related to Accountancy, Finance and Taxation.
Objectives
- To further the Profession by providing educational resources and professional intellectual development to all its members and students
- To encourage, support and promote interest in all aspects of Accounting
- To facilitate research, teaching and information needs
- To develop competency in the functional areas of Accounting
- To develop the ability to recognize and also respond rightly to professional, ethical and regulatory issues in Accounting
