Future Plan
Collaborations:
This will be a futuristic approach towards advanced development of the library as an independent section of the organization. Some of the steps which can be mentioned are:
- Collaborate with other libraries – both academic and corporate for research/ interlibrary loans as in borrowing resources. This kind of collaboration results in bonding of organizations and sharing their resources while helping our students to maximum possible solutions to their information needs.
- Acquire/Collaborate Institutional Membership of public libraries like Asiatic Society, British Council, American Embassy, or TISS library with excellent collection, to again gain sustainable solutions to any queries of information and resources.
Institutional Repository:
This goal also can be achieved in the coming years, with all the achievements and research work happening in the academics. All our scholarly work with due permissions can be uploaded on the institutional repository for the world to see. It also comes with a lot of responsibilities, which can be discussed and solutions can be found to any hurdle we may face.
