About the Value Laboratory

Values are caught, not taught…

In keeping with this adage, a laboratory dedicated to values was decided to be set up. With ample hand-holding provided by the founding members of the Vgyan Foundation, activities are organized all throughout the academic year. A core team of students comprising student representatives from all classes and across faculties, is formed. The thought for the day, which was in consonance with the value for the month, is displayed on a dedicated black-board.
Talks pertaining to values and a plethora of activities woven around different values; are organized through the academic year. An ICSSR sponsored international conference was organized at the commencement of the academic year 2023-24, which witnessed a meaningful exchange of ideas and a was a confluence of academia and industry. The value laboratory aspires to undertake innovative ways of inculcating values in the next generation in the upcoming years.
