About the association
Information cell and Website Management Committee acts as a liaison between administrators, faculty and students. The committee works throughout the year by ensuring collection of information of departmental and association activities in electronic mode and report submission for every activity conducted by various departments and associations of the college. The heads of departments, course in charges or conveners of associations along with their team members prepare the reports. After approval from the respective vice principals, the reports are then approved by the Principal. Finally, the Management reviews the College activities thorough these reports in their monthly meetings.
The Website managing committee works in a systematic way by collecting the data in a structured form, providing the holistic view of the College on the College Website.
The members of the Website team are allotted specific departments and associations to collect the data.
Notices are sent to the departments and the committees, requesting for the data to be submitted after proper editing and verification process

Departments: Department write up, Course syllabi, Course objectives and outcome, Staff and students’ achievements, reports of Curricular, Co-curricular and extra- curricular activities conducted and photographs of the same.

The collected data is authenticated and verified, to fulfil the layout of the website document structure.
The verified data is electronically mailed to the Website Management Team for uploading on the Website.
The Website Management team plays a crucial role in customizing the look and feel of the data on the website.
The Website Management team receives the data to be uploaded through E-Mail from the information cell.
The content of the received data is then mapped to the structure of the website by incorporating the required aesthetics to the data uploaded suiting the template.
After uploading the information, the respective departments and associations are requested to verify the uploaded data, for any further changes if necessary.
The Information cell and the Website Management team works together with the departments and the committees in providing a tailor-made UI/UX, projecting the information about the college online.
Objectives
- To maintain a record of all curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities organized and conducted in the college
- To keep a record of laurels won by the students, staff and college
- To analyze and file all sorts of data and make it available whenever required
- To provide the information to I.Q.A.C. to prepare A.Q.A.R., S.S.R. and Academic and Activities Calendar
- To get the website designed from the website developer as per the requirements set by various authorities
- To ensure timely updating of notices for students and staff on the college website
- To collate data from all departments (Aided and Self-financing) and associations of the institution in soft and hard copy format
- To upload on the website the reports of activities and photographs conducted in the college regularly
- To update and upload the college prospectus, exam time-tables, course syllabi from time to time
- To upload on the website the data of students, staff and college achievements on a regular basis
