About N.A.A.C.
The NAAC is an autonomous body established by the University Grants Commission of India to access and accredit institutions of higher education in the country. Assessment and accreditation decides the quality standards of an institution.
The particular Higher Educational Institution should meet the parameters of quality outcomes including covering the curriculum, teaching-learning, evaluation faculty, research, infrastructure, learning resources, organisation, governance, financial well-being and student service. Institutions are graded based on the extent of meeting the above mentioned parameters.
Our institution underwent the accreditation process in the January 2004 which was followed by re-accreditation in December 2012. Our institution was awarded with B-Grade.
The Institution is now poised at crossroads and is striving ti set new standards and is reviewing, reinventing itself to meet the changing requirements of higher education.
